Throughout my 4 decades of working professionally in higher education institutions along with my graduate-level education, I have developed a keen eye toward the evolving nature of workplace human relations and job satisfaction, especially the area of leadership and management effectiveness. My aim in building this collection is to document the broad range of continued investigation into factors shaping the quality of work life, particularly through the lens of organizational psychology and management sciences.
